You will enjoy privacy and seclusion in a house by the sea. This house is perfect for 2 to 6 people.  

Main Level:
Enter into the living room or kitchen. There is a cosy dining room for 6 overlooking the water that opens into the living room equipt with large sofas and smart tv. The kitchen is well-appointed for ease of cooking including a microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and electric stove. There is a half bath as well as a covered porch waterside off the dining room with a propane grill and patio furniture.

The basement can be accessed through the kitchen stairwell, which leads to another 3/4 bathroom and also to the dock and float area. There is also a mooring available upon request.

Second Floor:
The first bedroom has two twin beds with a closet and water views.
The second bedroom is a full bed with a closet and desk, and water views.
The third bedroom is a king bed with a closet, a tv, and a full bathroom.

By the dock, you'll find a picnic table for guests. The dock and float can be accessed outside as well to the right of the front house entrance. A mooring is also available upon request.
