cottage. The fully equipped kitchen, living room, family room and 2
dining rooms all have views of the ocean. Amenities include streaming
services on TV, DVD, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, washer, dryer and gas grill.
Walk or bike Shore Road, set up a beach chair at Grimes Cove, or enjoy
a spectacular sunset down on the rocks. Explore everything the
Boothbay area has to offer; restaurants, galleries, whale watches, sunset
cruises, harbor cruises, deep sea fishing, kayaking, walking/hiking the
many trails of the Boothbay Harbor Land Trust, stroll through the

Thank you so much for such a lovely home it was our first time in Boothbay
Harbor and we loved it! Your home is so charming and homey we felt right
at home the minute we walked in so much space, so well kept and stocked
with everything you could possibly need! We sat in the lovely porch area
every morning and had our coffee. The stress of the world just melted away
so peaceful! Thank you!

Thank you for opening your amazing home to us. My husband, parents, aunt
and I have never been to Maine before and this was an awesome place to
stay. I think we spent most of the time in the front sun room. That room truly

Thank you, Sage and Ocean Point for creating a wonderful and relaxing girls
getaway. Views and Sage Cottage cannot be matched. Maine, as always,
produced the magic. Sighting of two bald eagles provided an additional thrill.
Botanical Gardens, Farnsworth Museum are only two of the must sees. Hope

We spent two blissful nights at this gem of a home! Walks on the rocks, cold
swims in the water, many games of hide and seek and eating and talking with
old friends. And the views! Just spectacular! We visit Maine as a group every
summer and this was our best experience yet! Thank you for hosting our

What can I say about Sage Cottage that doesnt already speak for itself? The
breathtaking view, sense of calm and serenity of the home and Ocean Point
make this a special place! Spending time with 8 amazing ladies who share an
appreciation of whats important (love, laughter and friendship) has been
renewing and so fulfilling! It was only made more perfect in this gorgeous
setting, with a little help from Mother Nature! We may just have to make this
our annual retreat! Thank you for sharing your home it was wonderful!

Thank you for the gift of your cottage. It is beautiful and so wonderfully
stocked with everything one needs to cook anything. When I found the salad
spinner and the zester I knew you were totally equipped. We had most of our
family here in 3 cottages and it was the best week. Sitting here on your porch
overlooking Ram Island is what heaven must be like. We have so many
beautiful memories from this week. Thank you for sharing your amazing
cottage with us.
