Island Cottage with Water Views on Both Sides

Capitol Island is the epitome of quintessential Maine! As you drive over the wooden bridge, to your left you are greeted by a small marina where you can see kids swimming, others fishing, and boaters tinkering around their boats. On the right is the "Casino" a community house where you can step back in time for a game of ping pong or just sit in a rocker on the porch. Capitol with a Sea is a typical Maine cottage with a front row view of all these happenings as it is situated just above the docks. Walk down the island and you will find a sandy beach. A little bit further down the small island is the tennis court, a half court for basketball and swing sets. Continue on to end to find "Back Beach" and another island dock. This island backdrop not only makes for picture perfect photos, but for memories that will stay with you for a lifetime.
