Located on one of the more secluded points of Bayville, this cottage has quetessential Maine charm and an abundance of character needed for an epic coastal getaway! It is fit for reunions or family gatherings, with sleeping for 12 and positioned in the heart of Linekin Bay, which is a great spot for summer holiday fun, BBQ's on the side patio and swimming off the rocks or down at the public beach, where there is dock access for some fun on the boat (no included). This community also has tennis courts for some friendly competion and after you can take a hike on one of the Boothbay Land Trust trails that surrounds the bay. This trail takes you towards town to Barrett's Park, or in the other direction all the way to the East Boothbay General Store, which has delicious lunch options. Every bedroom has waterviews, except the second floor bedroom #5 but because of this property's location and the large back porch everyone staying can enjoy the gorgeous sunsets and views together, whether you are dining outside or playing on the spacious lawn!
