The estate is located in East Boothbay on Linekin Bay with sunsets that will captivate you. Take in the view from the sprawling lawn, wrap around deck, bedroom balconies, and screened porch. The sea air, sounds, and the changing tides will fill your senses from every room. The expansive lawn is a wonderful place to play family games or simply watch the boat traffic and sea life come and go. The deep water dock is available if you would like to bring a boat. There are also steps to a tidal beach by the dock. It's another great place to enjoy the view, explore what the tide has brought in, or enjoy a swim in Linekin Bay.
Inside you will find beautifully hand crafted wood cabinetry and floors, a state of the art gourmet kitchen, spacious living area, first floor master bedroom suite, and 4 additional bedrooms on the second floor. The spacious walk out basement offers another place to relax along with a sleeper sofa.

This is a beautiful home, on a gorgeous piece of property, overlooking the harbor. The sunsets are spectacular and the entire back side of the house is lined with windows with great views. The house is as warm and wonderful as the photos suggest and, if you're like our family, you will spend most of your time beside the large stone fireplace in the cozy living room, or in the open modern kitchen that has every pot, pan, and cooking utensil you need.
The bedrooms on the second floor are spacious and nicely appointed, and the master bedroom with adjoining sitting room on the first floor is private and serene.
Communication with the hosts, Wendy and Kim, was easy, friendly, and informative, and they helped make our stay enjoyable by making several suggestions before we arrived.
We would definitely stay here again as it is quite a find!

Big, beautiful house on a short grassy hill overlooking the bay. Extremely comfortable and wonderful views at every turn. We had a great time over a long Thanksgiving weekend with several young children, grandparents and a dog in tow.
