Memorable family gathering in a Breathtaking location!

Wendy has always been very responsive and accessible via email and text during the whole booking process. Tom has been great at check-in every time we've stayed in a Sea Maine home.

We have been coming to Boothbay Harbor for 35 years and East Side Cove is my favorite spot! We can't wait to come back next year!

The location is out of this world - particularly the beautiful dock on the water that is very sheltered - especially in the AM - perfect for paddle boarding! The House is clean, with up-to-date appliances and modern decor. Well equipped. Outdoor grill is a bonus. We loved everything about this place and would love to go back soon.

Wendy was courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly with every encounter we had, whether over the phone or via email. We felt we were in good hands.

After the last minute change to our Maine vacation due to covid travel restrictions, Wendy helped us expediate our reservations seamlessly. Little did we know we were about to experience one our most memorable family vacations.

We ate our way through Southport and beyond, lobster rolls at Trevett Country Store, crab rolls, breakfast pizza at Southport Country Store. Ice Cream at Sarah's, cheese-dry meats and cininabuns at the Farmer's Market on Thursday. But nothing topped our seafood buffets at Barnacle each evening, the best view in town. We will be back to do it all again. Thank you for sharing Capitol Island.
