As I stated before, Wendy is so thorough and excellent to work with before and during our stay in Maine. Shes attentive and prompt when we have called with questions.

We love this cottage. Its convenient clean and easy to maintain. We have everything we need to enjoy our time . Cannot wait to go back!

Everyone I talked with or corresponded with were very nice and helpful. So thankful that Judy met us when we arrived. A lovely lady, very kind, and walked us through the whole house. She made sure we understood how everything worked and where to find info. A very professional and personal approach.

We had 2 couples stay in this home. There was plenty of room for us plus more. The house has been beautifully remodeled and nicely appointed. Gorgeous! The bedrooms and baths very comfortable. We cooked in most nights. The kitchen and pantry (which we absolutely loved)had all dishes and utensils we needed, and made cooking in so very enjoyable. The location is perfect. We walked everywhere locally. So nice to not have to try to park in town. Honestly, we enjoyed just hanging out at the house. Could easily have stayed in the home everydaybut too much to see and do in Boothbay Harbor. Our very favorite place in Maine. Thank you Sea Maine Vacation Rentals!

Our family been coming to Maine each summer for over 30 years. We've stayed in all kinds of houses along the way. Three Porches stands out for all of us. We loved the architectural details, comfortable amenities and sea views from almost every room. The dining table was the perfect gathering place for family meals and conversations. We hope to return to Boothbay next year. Thank you for having us.

Very accommodating.

We arrived very stressed after a family illness and wanted a place to unwind. Nature has a way of healing and we found everything we needed to do that in this log cabin at water's edge. The walks with our dog, the fire, and the ocean came together to provide a relaxing week.

We had the vacation of a lifetime, and soooooo appreciate the family sharing their property with us. There is not one expectation that it did not meet or exceed. We have four kids and even the one TV was NOT an issue bc there was just so much to enjoy about the property!!!!!!

Over the years, we have stayed at a number of cottages on Ocean Point. The Jigger ranks among the best.

The Team was phenomenal, they were so pleasant and knowledgeable and ready to answer any questions I had from the beginning of our experience with them.

The very best vacation spit ever, can only hope for a repeat experience next year, my family is already planning!

Great working with Wendy and Erica. All questions were answered completely and in a timely manner.

The cottage was charming and the amenities were more than I ever experienced at other rentals. Great kitchen and all necessary utensils. Cleaning supplies available as well as extra toilet paper and storage wrap. The only thing we missed was having a smart or roku TV where we could use our streaming apps. But on vacation it was not necessary! It was a perfect place!

The views from the deck are just unbeatable, stunning Maine coast. The house is as described, beautiful finishes and art in the main rooms, kitchen is fully equipped. Fire pit, picnic table and kayaks by the water, were all great and added to our trip. No ladder off the dock - you need a lot of upper body strength to get in/out of the kayaks. Property manager very easy to communicate with and helpful. Very quiet and peaceful area, enjoying the waterfront sunrise and sunsets made the whole trip! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Wendy and her mother, Judy were both very easy and pleasant to work with.

We really enjoyed our stay at M&M Cottage. It met all our needs and we look forward to returning next year.

We had a wonderful week! The cottage was comfortable and welcoming. We had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Webster a few times during our stay. He asked us to water his newly planted grass daily which only included turning the water on and off as he kept the hose and sprinkler in place. We had absolutely no problem doing this for him yet he graciously gave us a gift certificate for a pound of candy from his store. It is a great place to stay! The only thing that would make me decide on staying somewhere else would be to book a place with an ocean view on Shore Road. This was the first time in our vacationing Oceanpoint since the 80's that we did not stay on Shore Road.
