It features one floor living with an open living room/dining room which has a cathedral ceiling and sliding french doors opening to decks on both front and back. Enjoy the large gated deck which spans three sides capturing both morning and afternoon sun. Sit out front and watch the boat traffic come and go. There's a lawn for activities, and plenty of parking. A wooden fence bordering the street offers privacy. It's a one minute walk to to the Maine State Aquarium and a 15 minute walk to the beach and community house.

We had a fabulous time and what made it so was the excellent service and personal touches by Sea Maine. This cottage, while rustic, was perfect. Kids were able to walk to aquarium and down to community Ctr. 5 min from town (by car) great trip.

We had a great time and it really felt like our own vacation spot.
The vacation rental was perfect for our family. We loved the fact that we could view the bay right off the porch, sit there at dusk and see the bay activities right across from the yacht club, we could go to the beach and spend the morning hunting for hermit crabs (kids loved this), and we were a stone's throw from the Aquarium and the kayak put-in to explore the inlets by water. That was really nice, since we brought our kayaks. The short trip to town made it accessible. We also loved the layout of the house with windows opening up to great views, and an office area off the back for some separation if we needed it, with plenty of comfortable sleeping all around. All the cooking tools, laundry arrangements, and parking were great and easy and the space was really comfortable!
I can't think of anything major that we needed that wasn't offered. We had a really nice time. Thanks for such a lovely stay!
