East Side Cove is a retro style ranch home with lots to offer! Get cozy with a book in the sun room, have lunch at the picnic table on the outdoor deck, enjoy cocktails down on the dock, play games on the lawn, or take a kayak out into the cove. This house has three bedrooms including one bedroom with 2 twin beds, a second bedroom with a full bed, and a master bedroom with a queen bed. The bathroom is spacious and updated. There is even has an outdoor shower! Offers one floor living with plenty of parking. The tidal waterfront presents an ever changing picturesque view at the head of the harbor. This home is pet friendly.
A short walk across the scenic footbridge and you are in the center of Boothbay Harbor. Close to restaurants, art galleries, boat tours, and downtown shopping. Check out the Boothbay Lobster Wharf only 1/2 mile away where you call and order your cooked lobsters or pick them up live to take back home with you. Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens is 3 1/2 miles away. Barrett Park is a 1/2 mile down the road.

You will not want to leave!! The views are amazing. The 3 bedroom ranch was perfect for my family. The sun room was amazing to bird watch & watch the tides roll in or out. A short walk to the footbridge into town. The house was easy for my mother who uses a walker & wheelchair. Ramp in the garage & handrails by toilet. For those who need them it was a perfect. I love this home. Kim & Wendy were great to work with & Wendy responded so quickly to any text. So greatly appreciated!

We loved our stay at East Side Cove. The location is ideal with many possibilities of places to walk to. We took advantage of the kayaks and used the sun porch non-stop. Wendy was a terrific host with great recommendations and quick response to any questions we had. The house was very clean and well equipped with anything you may need. Thank you for a wonderful get away.

What's not to love about this property? This lovely home was more than suitable for me, my wife, and our little pup, Daisy. A few key reasons we chose this property: the location - short walk to all Boothbay Harbor has to offer, the view - the sunroom and dining room have terrific harbor views, and the dog - we were so happy to find a place we could vacation to with our dog. Everything was clean, it was great to be able to toss laundry in so we could pack less, and we enjoyed our coffee or cocktails in the sunroom every day. A very friendly neighborhood, contact-less check in, and very clean property. The shower pressure was terrific too! From this location, we made several walking trips to town for fabulous food & shopping (Boat House Bistro / Ports of Italy were our fav's), and some local car rides to Reid State Park, Gliddon Point Oysters, downtown Damariscotta, and up to Acadia (2 1/2 hrs). Spent an entire week, and still had things we didn't get to, which makes it attractive to come back. Help out the cleaning staff by tossing your towels into the washer on the day you check out. We'd love to go back to this property and highly recommend it.

We have rented this specific property before - we came back for the convenient location, the fantastic sun room with the view of the harbor (from which I could keep an eye on the kids happily paddling around the protected end of the harbor or collecting shells while enjoying my coffee and a book) and the friendly ease of working with Wendy and Kim - we are already thinking about a return trip!!

Many thanks for a fabulous stay. The house was wonderful! We were fortunate to be here during the KNOW BEFORE YOU GO COVID-19 policy that allowed us to walk about the town and enjoy excursions. However, had that not been the case we STILL would have had a fabulous time based on the house. Many thanks to Wendy, who managed the property and was incredibly responsive. We happened to be there at the time of the heat wave—as such we fully appreciated the window unit A/C in the sitting room area, and the fans. We hope to stay again!
